Children of the Damned (1964)
White the title cards claim it is a seqel to "Village of the Damned" (The Midwich Cuckoos) it is quite different, where this time the children are "quantum leaps in evolution".
Six highly advanced kids from around the globe are discovered and moved to London where they can be studied. They wander off and gather in an abandoned church while those outside debate what to do with them. ~Alzur
